Booking a team photo session is easy. Simply reach out to us through our website, email, or phone, and let us know the type of session you're interested in. We'll guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session.

• For team photos I will arrive at the location approximately 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. 
• Depending on the size of the team I may have assistants with me to help with the photo shoot.
• I do use strobes for lighting the team and individual photos which require 10-15 minutes to set up. 
• I prefer to do take the team photos first (smiling, serious and silly) followed by the individual photos so that the athletes can leave after their individual photos are taken.
• I will need a few minutes between the team and individuals to rearrange my lights.
• I will typically take 4+ individual portraits of each athlete.
• Buddy/small-group photos are encouraged! 
• A team of 10 athletes usually takes about an hour.

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

• We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
• Galleries are available for a minimum of 90-days after all photos are delivered (can be extended upon request and all photos can be made available in the future).  All images are stored by me indefinitely should you need access to images in the future.
